 Jiangxi Tianjia Enterprise, established in 2002, is a professional manufacturer of animal pharmaceutical additives and physiological regulators by taking full advantage of the biotechnology. Tianjia enterprise has two independent legal personality shareholding subsidiaries, Jiangxi Tianjia Industry Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi Tianjia Animal Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
Jiangxi Tianjia Industry Co., Ltd. mainly focus on research and production of physiological regulator. The company also developed its own physiological regulator with intellectual property rights Tian-Jia-An-Tai. It has passed ISO9001 and ISO22000 quality management system, which guarantees the product quality be consistent to international standard.
Jiangxi Tianjia Animal Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has passed GMP quality and safety management system certification by the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture, mainly for the production of drug additives and pharmaceutical preparation technology research.
The enterprise has strong technical force and strong scientific research strength. At present, more than 90% staff held bachelor degree, including 40% that held Ph D and Master degree. In recent years, the enterprise has built up extensive technical cooperation and exchanges with China Agricultural University, South China Agricultural University, Jiangxi Agricultural Academy, Jiangxi Agricultural University and other colleges and scientific research units at home and abroad.
The enterprise has a total of six production workshop, including two stainless steel pharmaceutical granulation production lines, one premix production line, one synthesis fine chemicals production line containing 5x 2000 liters of chemical reactor, and two GMP powder production lines.
The enterprise has advanced testing instrument and quality control concept. The laboratory took up an area of nearly 1000m2, which equipped with liquid chromatograph, microbial automatic analyzer, electronic balance, etc., and built one valence room with the air cleanliness of ten thousand. |
